FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to help you plan with confidence.
What's included in every plan?
Every plan — including Free — gives you AI-generated day-by-day itineraries from Lizza, an interactive map and nearby attraction discovery. Paid plans add more trips per month (Starter 20, Pro 60 and Unlimited 200), saving and sharing itineraries, PDF export and best-time-to-visit insights.
Is there a free plan? Do I need a credit card?
Yes. You can generate 1 AI itinerary without an account, and 3 per month with a free account. No credit card is required for the free plan.
What counts as one AI trip?
Each time you ask Lizza to generate a full itinerary (with places, map, and day plan) counts as one trip. Conversational questions and follow-ups don't count.
What are 'AI tokens' per trip?
Tokens are how AI measures text length. More tokens = longer, more detailed itineraries. Free users get 3,000 (short trips), Starter gets 5,000, and Pro/Unlimited get 8,000 (full multi-week itineraries).
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from the billing portal or by contacting us. You keep your plan benefits until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of making it. After that, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, and we don't refund unused days or months on monthly or yearly plans. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, you won't be charged again, and you can resume any time before then.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
Which currency will I pay in? Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in USD, GBP and AUD depending on where you are, and you can switch currency on this page. You're charged the price you see. All GBP prices include UK VAT. All AUD prices include Australian GST.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Choose Annual on this page to pay once a year at a lower price than 12 monthly payments. Your trip allowance still resets every month.
Do unused trips roll over to next month?
No — trip allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (on monthly and yearly plans) and do not roll over.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through the billing portal. Upgrades are instant; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How do you handle my data and payment details?
Card payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page, so your full card details are never stored on our servers. Your trips and account details are stored so you can come back to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to ask us to delete it.
